Recruitment in banks is generally done in three stage recruitment process.


First two phases are written test, which are called Preliminary and Main and last stage is the interview process.


Final merit list is prepared on the basis of marks in Mains and Interview (weightage: 80% Written Test & 20% Interview).


In Prelims, 100 questions are asked from three different sections – Quantitative Aptitude (35 Questions), Reasoning Ability (35 Questions), English Language (30).


While in the Mains exams, 200 questions are from Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, English Language, General Awareness and Basic Computer Knowledge.
