About Us
Our History
Shanmugam IAS Academy was founded in Coimbatore on 11 January 2006 by Mr. U. Shanmugam.
Mr. Shanmugam was himself a civil services aspirant from 2003 to 2005. He appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Examination in 2005 and cleared every stage up to the final Interview.
Having experienced first-hand what a civil services aspirant truly needs, he started Shanmugam IAS Academy to meet those needs. His own journey shaped a training method that prepares aspirants thoroughly, with the aim of succeeding in a single attempt.
Since 2006, Shanmugam IAS Academy has helped hundreds of aspirants reach prestigious government posts. At SIA, your ambition becomes your achievement.
