Preparation Tips for Bank & SSC Exams
Start with the basics of maths. Tables up to 30, squares, cubes, percentages and fractions save several seconds per question.
Practise puzzles every day. Seating arrangement and puzzles carry the most marks in reasoning at both Prelims and Mains level.
Read an English newspaper daily. It improves reading speed for comprehension and builds general awareness together.
Take full-length mock tests in the computer format at least twice a week, and analyse every test: which questions to attempt, which to skip.
Respect sectional time limits. Bank exams have separate timers for each section, so practise moving on.
Follow banking and economy news (RBI policy, government schemes, budget) for the Mains awareness section and the interview.
Solve previous years' questions of IBPS, SBI, SSC and RRB to understand the level and recurring topics.
