Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for digital study materials (PDFs) bought on www.shanmugamiasacademy.in.
Digital products
Our study materials are digital products delivered instantly. Because they can be downloaded as soon as payment succeeds, purchases cannot be cancelled and are not refundable once the material has been delivered.
When we will refund you in full
- Your money was debited but the payment failed or the material was not delivered to you.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The file you received is damaged or is not the product you paid for, and we are unable to provide the correct file.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 7 days of the payment with your name, mobile number, the product name and the Razorpay payment ID or a screenshot of the transaction. Write to shanmugamiasacademy@gmail.com or WhatsApp 99941 46662.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 working days.
Coaching course fees
Fees for classroom or online coaching courses are governed by the terms given at the time of admission at our office.
