பொருள்
எந்த அணியிலும் சேராமல், வெவ்வேறு விவகாரங்களில் பல சக்திகளுடன் ஒரே நேரத்தில் இணைந்து செயல்படும் இந்தியாவின் அணுகுமுறை.
அணிசேராமை (அணிகளிலிருந்து விலகி நிற்பது) போல் அல்லாமல், பல்முனை அணிசேர்வு என்பது எல்லாத் தரப்புடனும் தீவிரமாக ஈடுபடுவது – அமெரிக்கா, ரஷ்யா; குவாட், பிரிக்ஸ்; ஐரோப்பிய ஒன்றியம், உலகளாவிய தெற்கு – விவகார அடிப்படையிலான நலன் கொண்டு. இது உத்திசார் தன்னாட்சியைப் பாதுகாக்கிறது.

Meaning
India's approach of working with many powers at once, on different issues, without joining any bloc.
Unlike non-alignment (keeping away from blocs), multi-alignment means active engagement with all sides – the US and Russia, the Quad and BRICS, the EU and the Global South – based on issue-by-issue interest. It protects strategic autonomy.
